As a Server Assistant, you’re not just helping prepare for dining service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Responsibilities Transport food items between the purchasing area and kitchens to replenish items as needed, ensuring consistency, freshness, and rotation of products for the guest. Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting, promptly and consistently resetting all service ware as prescribed. Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments. Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary. Serve guests with beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as needed. Assist servers with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction. Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
