Trauma-Informed Family Support Specialist
The Youth Counselor
The Village is seeking a Family Support Specialist to provide direct services to children and their families, develop treatment plans, and manage case coordination in the Greater Hartford area. You will engage families, document progress, and connect clients to community resources. Responsibilities include assessments, discharge planning, collaboration with schools and courts, and contributing to agency-wide initiatives while maintaining timely documentation and strong communication with the #J-18808-Ljbffr The Youth Counselor
