Armitage Architecture, Inc. (Armitage) is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support cost estimating services for commercial and federal government clients. This role will assist in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates throughout all phases of design and construction for projects.
The Estimator will work closely with Chief Estimator, project managers, design professionals, and stakeholders to collect data, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop cost analyses. The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of construction systems, federal procurement processes, and cost estimating principles, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.
This position may require occasional travel to client sites and project locations.
