Position Anticipated Human Resource Secretary
Twelve (12) Month Position

Start Date: July 1, 2026 - Pending Criminal History Clearance

General Job Description:
Perform various clerical and secretarial duties as assigned to facilitate effective office operations of the Human Resource Office.

Reports To: Director of Human Resources

Minimal Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Some college education or business related certificate preferred.
Previous experience with clerical and secretarial responsibilities preferred.
Knowledge of computer systems and software, preferably Systems 3000.
Qualified candidate must have command of MS excel, detail oriented, experience with Frontline preferred.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Commission may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities:

Must have the ability to keep information strictly confidential.

Benefits: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits. Pension system enrollment varies by position and certification. Vacation, Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included.

MINIMUM SALARY: $50,000
