This flexible, full‑time (.8–1.0 FTE) Family Medicine physician offers the opportunity to join our professional and cordial team of quality and mission‑driven physicians and advanced practitioners. Our multi‑specialty clinic includes primary and specialty patient care, an on‑site urgent care, pharmacy, X‑ray and lab. Partner with our SSM Health St. Mary's Hospitalist team for any inpatient needs. The clinic is located in a convenient location near Sun Prairie, Stoughton, Janesville, and downtown Madison. Family Medicine physicians receive a generous sign‑on bonus in addition to a competitive two‑year salary guarantee.
