Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chattanooga office. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business development, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and support staff
• Drive branch revenue through business development and client retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries
• Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure high-quality placements and timely fulfillment
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
• Manage branch budget, forecasting, and financial performance
• Represent Spotlight Staff in the local business community and networking events

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and client management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and staffing industry best practices preferred
