• The role involves working standard weekday hours.

Requirements:
• Provide individual counseling and develop treatment/recovery plans.
• Facilitate daily activities and community meetings.
• Conduct therapeutic interactions to enhance social, cognitive, and behavioral skills.
• Supervise milieu staff and ensure a supportive treatment environment.
• Deliver psychosocial interventions and motivational interviewing techniques.
• Offer individual, group, and family counseling.
• Maintain comprehensive case records.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) in good standing.
• CASAC full required
• Minimum two years of experience in behavioral health/substance use disorder treatment.
