Travel Physical Therapist - $2,215 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Linwood, New Jersey. Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Linwood, NJ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Responsibilities Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Develop and implement restorative programs. Conduct fall risk assessments and provide mobility training. Document clinical progress using electronic medical records. Minimum Requirements Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC (may be required). Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred. Ability to document clinical progress using electronic medical records preferred.
