Travel Physical Therapist - $2,005 per week

Job Summary TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an acute care position in Linwood, New Jersey. Duration: 14 weeks, 40 hours per week. Shift: 8 hours per day. Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility. Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care. Understand and use adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care. Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience; new graduates encouraged to apply. One year of experience may be accepted for exceptional candidates. Must have BLS certification and state‑specific licensing. Additional certifications may be required before assignment. Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
