Job Summary: Responsible for providing high end customer service and store support, leading high volume rental and retail operations and assisting customers with premium products.

Job Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, scheduling and payroll Maintain store records and inventory control Hire and train employees Monitor team performance Maintain product knowledge and customer service Participate in leadership forums Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years rental or retail supervisor experience rental preferred Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends winter and spring holidays required Fluent English communication

The expected pay range is $25.00 - $32.14 /hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
