Lead Security Guard

Duties
Help
Disseminate guidance on regulations in response to inquiries.
Give advice, counsel or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
Provide procedural guidance in response to security inquires.
Enforce the physical security plan to meet installation objectives.
Provide protection to the installation by ensuring adherence to procedures.
Implement emergency plans to protect life and property.
Enforce laws and regulations to maintain order.
Provides on the job training for employees.
Check on work in progress to ensure supervisor's instructions on work sequence procedures are met.
Recommend training for team members.
Assign work to subordinates based on priorities and capabilities of employees.
Control movement of personnel and vehicles by utilizing security check points.
Inspect vehicles to ensure proper search and seizure procedures are followed.
Determine length of the visitor pass to be issued based the on purpose of the visit.
Question individuals requesting entrance to the installation for access suitability.
