Responsibilities Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries. Provide excellent customer service through active listening. Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively. Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive. Communicate with customers appropriately. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on call issues. Upsell if required. Qualifications Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. 6 months of customer service experience preferred. Over 18 years of age. Ability to type 25 wpm. High School Graduate or GED. Comfort with desktop computer systems. Proven oral and written communication skills. Logical problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate Windows operating systems. Organization and work prioritization. Home Requirements Internet connection with minimum download rate of 12.0 Mbps. Minimum upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50 ms. Proof of internet speed required. Clean and quiet workspace.
