Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care UnitAmerican TravelerSalem, Oregon, United StatesPosition status: OpenAssignment type: travelShift: DaysLength (weeks): 13Openings: 2Start date: 2026-10-05$1,966.00/week (estimated advertised weekly pay)American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PCU Float position requiring strong telemetry/IMC experience and an OR RN license.Float pool position supporting adult inpatient units including PCU, telemetry, stepdown, and IMCPatient ratios of 1:4-6 for RN and 1:6-13 (days) or 1:10-13 (nights) for CNADay shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PMEvery other weekend requiredFloating required within scope, including to West Valley HospitalEpic EMR used for chartingActive OR RN license required (pending license accepted)Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required1 year of experience within the last 3 years in MS/Tele/PCU/IMC requiredSkilled in management of telemetry and cardiac rhythm interpretationExperience managing dysrhythmias and cardiac drips (nitro, Cardizem, amiodarone)Proficient in O2 protocol and non-invasive airway managementExperience with peripheral line care/managementKnowledge of isolation precautions and PPE useExperience with rapid response team activationComputerized documentation experience requiredSupports all adult inpatient units including ED, psychiatric medical center, ICU, inpatient rehab, vascular access, and adult care unitsPart of the Salem Health Float Pool Team, known for flexibility and broad inpatient care knowledgeFacility is a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital with Level II Trauma Center statusRoyal blue scrubs requiredRTO requests over 10 days require approvalLocal candidates acceptedFirst-time travelers are not accepted for this positionHours per week: 36Hours per shift: 12
