Deliver physical therapy services to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities. Teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote independence and productivity. Adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed to support patient care. Report to the Director of Rehab. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. If the qualifying Physical Therapy degree was earned outside of the U.S., it must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
