Uxbridge, MA Sports & Spine Physical Therapy and Balance is a busy, growing independent outpatient practice seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. Due to continued growth and patient demand, we are expanding our clinical staff. The successful candidate will step into an immediate caseload supported by strong physician and community referral relationships. Our clinic is currently transitioning back to independent ownership and entering an exciting new phase of growth. Our therapists enjoy a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, and neurological rehabilitation while practicing in an environment focused on patient outcomesnot productivity quotas.

Responsibilities Evaluate and treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, vestibular, balance, and neurological conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide hands-on care, therapeutic exercise, and patient education Collaborate with physicians and referral sources Maintain timely and accurate documentation Ideal Candidate Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills Vestibular and neurological experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care New graduates are welcome to apply Compensation & Benefits Compensation starting at $90,000+ based on experience and qualifications Continuing education allowance Paid time off Health insurance contribution (if applicable) 401(k) Flexible scheduling opportunities If you are looking to join a growing practice where patient care comes first, your clinical judgment is respected, and your work makes a meaningful impact, we would love to hear from you.
