Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time

$55–$70/hour

SN Consulting is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Whitinsville, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services in a skilled nursing setting while helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
• Provide treatment focused on gait training, balance, transfers, strengthening, mobility, endurance, and pain management
• Collaborate with PTA staff, nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
