Qualifications

• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation, including federal court and ITC matters
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, high-value litigation to trial.
• Portable book of business of $500K+ (USD)
• Licensed to practise in the state of Texas

Responsibilities

• The role involves leading complex patent litigation matters, managing trial-ready teams, and providing strategic guidance across high-stakes contested matters
• The successful candidate will play a central role in business development and client relationship management, work closely with cross-practice colleagues on technology-related disputes, and help grow the practice in the region
• Proven track record of generating and developing client relationships and new matters

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is between $300,000 – $500,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
