Vice President OF Operations

For our client, we are seeking a VP Performance Creative And Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. Location: Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Architect a hybrid creative organization with internal and external talent Implement and evolve an AI toolset for creative production Establish a feedback loop linking creative performance to marketing outcomes Develop a scalable creative testing roadmap to optimize campaigns Translate brand identity into performance-driven creative across multiple brands Oversee creative strategy across diverse digital platforms Operate as a strategic member of the senior leadership team Qualifications 12+ years in performance creative or strategy with measurable outcomes 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing creative or production functions Experience presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders Hands-on experience with paid digital channels, especially paid social and search Ability to build scalable creative testing frameworks Fluency with AI creative tools for image, video, and copy Proven record managing hybrid internal/external creative models Comfort interpreting performance data to inform decisions Benefits Generous paid time off policy Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) savings plan with company match Onsite work setting 4 days a week Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
