Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri07:00 AM - 07:00 PMSat07:00 PM - 07:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and contractor records in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of trading, office, lobby, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
