Defense Litigation Paralegal
100% on site - Winter Park, FL 32789
Salary: $70,000–$75,000+ DOE
Full-Time | In-Office Role

A respected law firm with more than 40 years of experience in general and insurance defense litigation, including a significant healthcare law practice, is seeking a Defense Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team in Winter Park.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities
Support attorneys in defense litigation matters
Maintain and organize case files and legal documents
Assist with drafting, filing, and managing pleadings and correspondence
Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and case-related tasks
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Recent and relevant defense litigation experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
