Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite, full-time contract opportunity offers you the chance to make a real difference while partnering closely with a vibrant educational community. This position is located near Owens Cross Roads, AL and will run from late July 2026 through the end of May 2027, with a weekly commitment of 35 hours.

In this role, you’ll provide critical speech and language services to students in a supportive school environment. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Hold current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for (or currently hold) Alabama SLP licensure
• School-based SLP background preferred, but CFs with strong skills will be considered
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to support each child’s unique needs
• Maintain documentation and data collection in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-focused school culture
