Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager

Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager – Boston, MA We are looking for a senior leader to join our Fund Accounting team in Boston. In this role, you will direct multiple Fund Accounting teams, manage resources, oversee net asset value calculations, maintain client relationships, and guide the development of financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Direct multiple Fund Accounting teams responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients. Manage financial and human resources for the unit, ensuring teams operate effectively to meet goals. Oversee NAV calculations for assigned funds across multiple sectors each measurement cycle. Manage relationships with clients, resolving escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting. Direct and prioritize processes to verify completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements. Evaluate GAAP and/or IFRS rules to assess impact of new regulations and develop strategies for implementation. Implement guidelines, policies, and priorities for drafting financial reports. Recruit, motivate, and develop staff to maximize contributions and teamwork. Oversee relationships with auditors and clients to ensure accurate financial reports. Contribute to achievement of multiple team objectives through management of subordinate managers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience. 5–7 years of total work experience, with 1–3 years in management preferred. Experience at a Big‑4 accounting firm preferred. Benefits and Compensation Base salary range of $102,000 to $162,000 per year, with additional compensation components such as commissions, bonuses, and incentive packages.
