Facilities Maintenance Technician

Facilities Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and daily maintenance of our multi-site urgent care clinics. This role is essential in ensuring our facilities remain safe, clean, functional, and welcoming for patients and staff. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Perform general building and facility maintenance across clinic locationsConduct basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements)Perform basic electrical work (outlet replacement, bulb replacement, lighting repairs, troubleshooting)Complete basic carpentry repairs and installationsPainting and touch-up work for walls, doors, trim, and exterior surfacesPressure washing of walkways, building exteriors, and common areasRepair drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and doors as neededConduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needsRespond to urgent repair requests in a timely mannerCoordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are requiredMaintain tools, equipment, and supply inventoryFollow safety procedures and maintain compliance with facility standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience in general maintenance or facilities repairBasic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skillsPainting and surface repair experiencePressure washing experienceAbility to troubleshoot and complete repair work independentlyStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to travel between multiple locationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in healthcare, commercial, or multi-site facility maintenanceHVAC knowledge is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusHourly Range: $25-$30
