We don't. Field marketing at LiveKit exists to do one thing: put the right builders and buyers in a room, and turn that into pipeline. Over the past year we've shipped 35+ events — dinners, meetups, conference activations — and the playbook works. Now we're hiring the person who runs it day to day. To be clear about the tradeoff: this is an execution-heavy role. Venues, vendors, budgets, swag logistics, and follow-up lists that actually reach sales within 48 hours.
