Financial Analyst

A PE Backed Global Healthcare Company is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst with 0–2 years of professional experience to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance, financial planning, and business analysis. The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly motivated, and eager to learn. They possess strong business acumen, enjoy working with data, and can translate financial information into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and management reports. Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights. Perform variance analyses and investigate differences between actual and planned results. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership. Assist with ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics. Zero to two years of professional experience in finance or related analytical roles. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Internship or full‑time experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or transaction advisory services. Experience with financial modeling and data analysis. Familiarity with financial planning and reporting systems such as Planful, Adaptive, Hyperion, or similar tools. Knowledge of financial statements and basic accounting principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
