The System Administrator will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology systems. Responsibilities: * Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. * Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers. * Configures and manages Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance

• Monitor daily operations of applications and infrastructure
• Perform system maintenance tasks including patches and updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve application technical issues
• Assist with user account management and security administration
• Support system backups and recovery procedures
• Help maintain system documentation and operational procedures
• Participate in testing during upgrades and implementations
• Generate system reports and analyze performance metrics
• Respond to user support requests related to system functionality

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in Information Technology; Systems Administration
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college

university is required. Five years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. * Meeting DoD 8570 level 2 qualifications, which would be any of the following certifications:

• Security+ CE
• CCNA Security
• CySA+

* GSEC

* CND:EC-Council’s Certified Network Defender (CND) Clearance: * Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
