Desktop Support Technician

Leidos is seeking a Desktop Support Technician - Routine Requirements to support the AFNCR IT Services program at The Pentagon, Arlington, VA. The role involves end-user device support for unclassified and classified systems, onsite installations, and collaboration with LAN teams to maintain a secure, efficient desktop environment. You will document incidents, use Remedy/ServiceNow for tracking, and assist Tier III engineers on projects, with a focus on timely ticket resolution and adherence to #J-18808-Ljbffr
