The ideal candidates are C-suite executives with recent operating experience in growth-stage or scaling companies, leaders with specific functional expertise in AI strategy, financial oversight, revenue growth, or organizational transformation, and those with a proven track record of serving on boards in an advisory or fiduciary capacity. Additionally, the company values leaders with cross-sector experience who can bring a fresh perspective to governance discussions.
