Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work closely with educators, families, and administration
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a single student, ensuring focused attention and support
• Conduct three 45-minute sessions each week, working part-time for optimal work-life balance
• Assess and evaluate student needs, adapting therapy plans as necessary to promote academic participation and personal growth
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop strategies that enhance the student’s school experience
• Maintain accurate, timely records of services provided and progress observed
