Warehouse / Production Associate

Location: Akron, OH
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hire Sync is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse / Production Associates for a respected manufacturing partner in the Akron area. This is a steady first shift opportunity offering hands-on training and long-term potential in a clean, organized facility.

In this role, you will assemble and package products such as work benches and industrial desks that are distributed to major home improvement retailers across North America. No prior assembly experience is required - we will train you on safe use of basic hand tools and our production processes.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble products using basic hand tools
• Package and label finished goods
• Move completed products to shipping staging areas using a pallet jack
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety and quality standards
