Speech Therapist Early Intervention Rising Stars, a leading provider of Early Intervention services, is seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team and provide evidence‑based, family‑centered therapeutic support to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities. As a Speech Therapist Early Intervention, you will play a vital role in helping children and families achieve meaningful developmental outcomes. Responsibilities Provide Speech‑Language Pathology services to infants and toddlers (birth‑3) and their families in natural environments, such as homes and daycares Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and feeding goals Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care Document treatment sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with agency policies Manage scheduling and attendance requirements Demonstrate strong professional judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances Requirements Valid New York State Speech‑Language Pathology license Clinical competence in delivering Early Intervention services Preferred experience in Early Intervention Strong professional judgment, effective communication skills, and ability to manage documentation and scheduling requirements Reliable transportation and ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary professionals What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $85.50-$90 (commensurate with experience) Flexible scheduling with varied hours Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Rising Stars
