Instructional Aide (2026-2027 School Year)
Amergis is expanding our team of Instructional Aides throughout Riverside County for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting student success in educational settings. As an Instructional Aide, you will work alongside teachers and school staff to provide classroom support, assist students with academic and behavioral needs, and help foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers with classroom activities and daily instruction
Provide academic assistance and encouragement to students
Help maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment
Assist with student supervision and classroom management
Collaborate with teachers and school personnel to support student success
What Amergis Offers
Monday through Friday schedules
Daytime school hours (typically 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
Competitive pay up to $21.00/hour , based on experience
