Job Description

The Line Server plays a vital role in our fast casual dining environment by ensuring excellent customer interactions and smooth service flow. Working within a small, close-knit team, this position involves order taking, payment processing, and maintaining cleanliness while upholding high service standards. The Line Server will work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules, offering opportunities for growth into specialized roles.

Responsibilities

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide friendly and attentive customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Process payments and handle transactions securely
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
Collaborate effectively with a small team of under 5 members

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in food service
