Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Intern/Specialist role based in Norther New Jersey. The person in this role will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating smart-shelf camera deployments, assisting with inventory tracking processes, and monitoring performance metrics for client sites. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing operational data, documenting workflows, and helping implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing on-the-ground support for installations and maintenance. The Operations Intern/Specialist will also assist with basic project coordination tasks such as scheduling, status tracking, and preparing operational reports.

• Ability to work on-site in Englewood and Hackensack, New Jersey and travel locally as needed to support installations or client engagements.
• Comfort with technology and data tools; experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or ERP/warehouse systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant coursework or experience in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or a related field preferred.
