Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate patients' mental health and substance use challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices, incorporating feedback from patients and their families.

• Provide therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to patient needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to coordinate and optimize care for each patient.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and available resources in the community.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Stay current with research developments in mental health and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
