Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to respond to customer questions, resolve concerns, and process orders and service requests. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, researches solutions efficiently, and provides a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Handle requests in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and workflows.

Provide information about products and services, and recommend relevant options using training materials and other resources.

Investigate product or service issues, identify the cause, and explain appropriate solutions.

Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.

Document customer interactions thoroughly and review written information for accuracy.

Process orders in the Navision system, including opening customer accounts, issuing refunds or replacements, and handling return authorizations.

Keep customer records accurate and up to date.

Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Qualifications

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to research technical parts using service manuals and respond to customer needs promptly.

Some college education preferred; equivalent business experience considered.

Availability to work up to two evenings per week, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and up to two Saturdays per month, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
