Senior Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a nationally recognized trial and litigation firm that represents plaintiffs in complex matters, including mass tort, human rights, consumer protection, and constitutional litigation.

The firm is known for handling high-stakes cases and taking them through trial all around the country.

Team members work closely with accomplished trial lawyers on sophisticated cases that receive national attention, gaining exposure to every stage of the litigation process.

The firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5–7 years of the following experience:

• Trial support in state and federal court
• Managing discovery and document productions using Westlaw, LexisNexis, iManage, Relativity, Disco, Everlaw, OnCue, and similar litigation technology platforms
• Cite-checking briefs
• Coordinating with clients, experts, and witnesses
• File and deadline maintenances
• Preparing exhibits and evidence for depositions and trial

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

***Because the firm litigates cases nationwide, candidates should be willing to travel, including extended periods during trial.***

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, depending on experience, with bonus potential. Benefits include a 401(k) match, health insurance, paid time off, paid parental leave, and travel stipends for extended trial assignments.
