Project Manager

Summary We are currently representing a large and growing mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC and Plumbing systems for some of the most high‑profile commercial construction projects across California. The company is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee mechanical scopes from start to finish. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills who are looking to take the next step in their career with a well‑established team. Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of HVAC and Plumbing scopes on commercial construction projects Oversee project schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billings Coordinate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials Maintain close communication with superintendents, foremen, journeymen, and QA teams Work directly with owners, general contractors, and subcontractors to meet project goals Ensure work is performed in compliance with project timelines and quality standards Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience with a mechanical contractor (HVAC/Plumbing required) Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam; experience with Quickpen/Accubid preferred Strong knowledge of California HVAC and Plumbing codesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and remain detail‑oriented under pressure Compensation + Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
