Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend solutions, promptly resolve concerns, and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They maintain high quality and visual standards, stay current with product features, and consistently meet sales goals. Location: Store #723969, 1211 Wolf Rock Dr St. 185, Purcellville, VA 20132. Applicants must be aware that the role requires a criminal background check to protect the company and its stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and sales support. Assess customer needs in person and over the phone and present appropriate products and services. Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately following policy and procedure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and maintain inventory records. Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep equipment clean. Load and unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when needed. Keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable. Stay knowledgeable on the product line and discuss options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales. Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking). Proficient in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking). Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled. For internal Sherwin‑Williams candidates: a “meets expectations” rating on the most recent performance appraisal. For internal Sherwin‑Williams candidates: completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint or paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
