Client Success & Account Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $60,000 + Commission

About the Role
A growing technology company is looking for a personable, organized Client Success & Account Manager to own the customer relationship once the sale closes. You'll sit between Sales and Operations, guiding new clients through onboarding and staying on as their go-to contact for the life of the account. Expect a mix of Zoom check-ins, trade show travel, and day-to-day relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Take over new accounts from the Sales team following the initial sale


• Lead client onboarding and implementation


• Serve as the ongoing account manager and trusted advisor


• Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their lifecycle

Client Communication

• Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to review progress and answer questions


• Travel to trade shows and industry events as needed

Internal Coordination & Growth

• Coordinate internally with Operations and Support teams to ensure client success


• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and expand accounts


• Ensure a smooth handoff between Sales, Onboarding, and Client Success

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations experience preferred


• Highly organized with strong follow-through


• Comfortable presenting on Zoom and speaking with clients


• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and trade shows


• Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused


• Strong multitasking and project coordination abilities
