ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator/VDC Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the BIM Manager to implement BIM on projects.

ABOUT YOU

You are a BIM Coordinator/VDC Administrator with at least 1 year of professional experience as a project engineer, VDC coordinator, or relevant role. You have well-rounded experience with closeout processes and working with Design and Construction teams, with working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in managing BlueBeam Studio sessions, providing BlueBeam training, and offering general technical support. Experience with ProjectWise, including managing the database, uploading/downloading files, managing users, providing training, generating monthly reports, and conducting research data requests. Ability to review CAD/BIM As-Built drawings and drawing sets for compliance and completeness. Support for GIS applications, including ArcGIS, and effective communication skills for liaising with college teams and tracking deliverables. Willingness to travel to colleges and interface with college teams. Provide supplemental modeling, Revit BIM models, and lidar support as requested. Assist college teams, districts, and facilities in locating documents and supporting project needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a project engineer, VDC coordinator, or relevant role. Ability to present data clearly and organize information effectively for management. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Maintain professionalism in all business communications and conduct.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience of 8 years). Citadel is committed to diversity and inclusion. Actual salaries depend on various factors including market data, experience, and performance.
