We're looking for a skilled and motivated Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join our growing team. Whether you're a recent grad or a seasoned tech, you'll thrive in a supportive environment focused on innovation and excellence in patient care.
Your Role:
- Run Diagnostic Tests: Process blood, tissue, and fluid samples with accuracy
- Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure reliability
- Collaborate with Providers: Deliver timely, quality data for patient treatment decisions
- Ensure Compliance: Follow quality control and regulatory guidelines (CLIA, CAP, etc.)
What You Bring:
- Associate degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- MLT Certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
