About the Role

The Company is seeking a new Head of School to lead its vibrant educational community. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and significant leadership experience in an independent school, Montessori setting, or a comparable educational or mission-driven organization. While a Montessori credential is valued, it is not required; a deep understanding and commitment to Montessori philosophy is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizational management, strategic planning, and a strong background in financial management and resource development. They must be adept at building and maintaining relationships, both within the school community and with external stakeholders. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to balance empathy with accountability.
