In-Home Sales Consultant (Windows & Doors)

When you sit in a homeowner's living room representing Bear, you're not selling someone else's product marked up three times. You're selling the factory itself. That's an unfair advantage, and we're hiring people who know what to do with one.

The Role:

You'll meet with homeowners who requested an appointment . These are not cold knocks. You'll walk them through options, keep it simple, help them choose what fits, and ask for the business. No weird pressure tactics. Just clear communication, confidence, and follow-through.

Sales experience is a plus, not required. If you can communicate, learn quickly, and you're not afraid to ask for the sale, we can teach you the rest.

• You want "easy money" without pressure

What We Expect From You:

Responsibilities:

• Run your appointments professionally, including some evenings and weekends
• Follow our sales process
• Manage your pipeline and follow up properly
• Reliable vehicle, comfortable driving, professional in a customer's home
• Be a team player

Compensation:

$3,000/month base + uncapped commission on every deal you close

OTE: $100K–$160K+. Most reps with a decent close rate hit six figures. Our top performers go well past it.

We're still growing, so we don't have a stacked benefits package yet. If that's your top priority, this probably isn't the right place.

Location:

In-home appointments across Southern California. Must live in the greater LA area.
