Engineering Vice President

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering. Key Responsibilities Oversee a team of engineers to build and support the software application Guide the design and architecture of new solutions while ensuring compliance and robustness Lead EHR interoperability execution and maintain security compliance Required Qualifications 3+ years of engineering leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a startup Experience with AWS-hosted microservice architecture, Java/Springboot, React, and PostgreSQL Experience implementing integrations between health systems and EHRs Strong security mindset with application development and cloud infrastructure Familiarity with modern development practices such as CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
