The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on,  working Lead Carpenter to run high-end residential remodeling projects (kitchens, baths, basements, and full-home renovations). You will swing a hammer alongside a tight-knit crew of 2–3 craftsmen, report to the Superintendent, and ensure jobs run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

• Lead on-site residential remodeling projects, managing timelines and quality control.

• Execute flawless framing and finish carpentry (trim, cabinetry, custom built-ins).

• Read and interpret architectural blueprints with precision.

• Perform material take-offs and construction estimating to keep projects on budget.

• Run your 2–3 person crew, manage job-site safety, and oversee water damage restoration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling and finish carpentry experience.

• Leadership: Ability to run a small crew, troubleshoot site issues early, and keep projects on schedule.

• Pride in Craft: High standards for fit and finish—you don't do "good enough" work.

• Professionalism: Clear, clean communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and management.
