Groundskeeper - The Tailor Luxury Apartments Pay rate: $18.00 per hour plus full benefits package *This position is full-time at 30 hours per week Join the KPG team in this exciting role as Groundskeeper at Swiftwater Luxury Apartments. The Groundskeeper ensures the grounds are free of trash, cleans and sweeps trash, and assists with trash‑outs of units. Position Summary The Groundskeeper focuses on maintaining clean grounds and assisting with unit trash-outs. Essential duties and responsibilities: Pick up trash on grounds Clean out hallways Snow removal Trash‑outs of vacated units including removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting, and minor repair work Other duties as assigned Qualifications / skills & knowledge requirements: High school diploma or GED Less than 1 year of experience Ability to read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide by tens and hundreds) Ability to carry out written or oral instructions with common sense, dealing with problems involving few variables in standardized situations Full benefits package includes safety/work boots under the Maintenance Boots Program, paid weekly wages, and other benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
