Position Summary

Lions Den is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Representative to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. No prior experience in the security industry is requiredwe provide the training, licensing support, and mentorship needed for your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Meet with homeowners and business owners to evaluate their security needs.
• Present customized CCTV, alarm, and smart security solutions.
• Prepare proposals and close new business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with company-provided leads when available.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the company CRM.
• Stay current on security technology and product offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

No previous security sales experience is required.

Were looking for individuals who have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivation and a competitive mindset.
• Confidence speaking with new people.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Experience in retail sales, customer service, telecommunications, hospitality, door-to-door sales, or business development is a plusbut not required.
