High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends Required Behaviors Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers Highly committed to continuous improvement, while applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset Create a culture of safety and apply and implement workplace policies Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others Even better, you may have... This position is a salary grade 6-7 - from $72,480 -$141,360 Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
