About Us Interior Alaska Medical Clinic is a Christian nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center in Delta Junction, Alaska, approximately 90 miles southeast of Fairbanks. We provide comprehensive primary care to the Delta Junction community and surrounding Interior Alaska region, serving all patients regardless of ability to pay. We are mission-driven, independently operated, and built on the belief that medicine is a calling. About the Role This is full-scope rural primary care with real clinical autonomy. You will manage a general family medicine panel across the lifespan — acute and chronic conditions, pediatrics, women's health, and occupational health. You will be a recognized and trusted member of a community that depends on your presence. We are open to full-time, part-time, short-term, and permanent arrangements. The right fit matters more than the time frame. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up. Maintain current licensure, DEA registration, and certifications. Participate in medical staff and administrative meetings. Contribute to clinical policy review as needed. Maintain timely EMR documentation. Practice in alignment with CRHM's mission and values. Qualifications Current Alaska licensure as an NP, PA, or physician — or eligibility for Alaska licensure. Graduation from an accredited NP, PA, MD, or DO program. Comfort with clinical independence in a rural setting where specialist support requires transfer or telehealth.
